Case: Production of a presentation video for broadcast at the All-Russian Forum of Organizers of Children’s Recreation and Wellness “Big Meanings 2021” at the All-Russian Children’s Center “Smena.”
Client: All-Russian Children’s Center “Smena.”
Objective:
Update the center’s presentation materials and create a dynamic, light, and positive video. Showcase the territory from a bird’s-eye view, the modern campuses, classes, atmosphere, and state-of-the-art equipment — including sports facilities, museum, swimming pool, and events held at the children’s center.
Solution:

Conducted a detailed location scouting of the center’s territory during the drone filming session.

Developed an original script, determined shooting points, and planned frame composition.

Carried out a two-day expedition to the All-Russian Children’s Center “Smena.” Used a lightweight camera with a handheld stabilization system and prime optics. Filmed the planned locations and events of the center — classes and workshops, sports competitions, and entertainment programs. Aerial filming was done with a DJI Inspire 2 drone equipped with a Zenmuse X7 camera and prime optics.

Performed editing, color correction, voice-over, integration of graphic elements, and final assembly of the video by the stated deadline.

The video was broadcast as part of the All-Russian Forum of Organizers of Children’s Recreation and Wellness “Big Meanings 2021.” The forum lasts four days and serves as an open dialogue between authorities, regions, parents, and representatives of the professional community. It brings together more than 1,000 participants in both online and offline formats, including representatives of children’s recreation organizations, counselors, school principals and advisors, heads of travel agencies and companies, and representatives of federal executive authorities.
