Case: Production of a Staged Presentation Video for LLC “Russian Genetics” to be Broadcast at the Exhibition Stand of the “Agrotek” Group of Companies during the International Exhibition “YugAgro.”
Client: “Agrotek” Group of Companies.
Objective:
Based on the company’s branded brochure, develop an original concept for presenting the materials of “Russian Genetics.” Produce a universal video showcasing the company’s line of highly efficient soybean varieties for business partners and clients. The script should be built around a positive image or association. Plan an expedition to the Kursk region, where all soybean varieties are presented in the company’s test fields. To ensure maximum informativeness, use computer graphics and close-up shots of the plants. Target audience – representatives of the Russian agribusiness sector and international entrepreneurs.
Solution:

The concept is based on the positive image of the “Russian Beauty.” Since only three of the soybean varieties are named after real women, we propose introducing three young women in national costumes at the beginning of the video and adding a child character to represent the remaining varieties.

The script was developed, a shot list was drawn, casting was conducted in the Kursk region and approved by the client, and costumes and props were purchased.

All necessary permits for drone usage were obtained.

Three filming days took place in the Kursk region on the experimental fields of LLC “Russian Genetics.” On-location staged scenes with actors and close-ups of soybean varieties were shot. The filming used a RED Komodo 6K camera and a cine-dolly. Aerial wide shots were captured with a DJI Inspire 2 X7 cine-drone in RAW format using discrete Zenmuse X7 camera optics.

The soundtrack features several pieces by Kirill Bogomilov, a renowned master and promoter of folk music. The final video assembly included editing, color grading, integration of graphic elements, motion design, and voiceover.

The video was completed by the stated deadline and was broadcast on the main screen of the “Agrotek” Group of Companies’ exhibition stand during the international “YugAgro” exhibition, receiving numerous positive reviews from agribusiness representatives and the company’s partners.
