Task:

Provide a live multi-camera stream on YouTube of the training video presented by the team speaker.

Stream and record against a black cyclorama, using lighting design to create a sense of spatial depth.

Enhance dynamics by changing shot sizes.

Ensure high-quality sound on site, in the audio chain, and in the recording.

Provide simultaneous display of the speaker’s content on the audience screen.

Record the stream and deliver it to the client in 1080p format.
Solution:

The cyclorama of Krasnodar Photo Studio No. 1 was used to accomplish this task.

The pavilion was prepared, and the lighting setup was installed.

Streaming equipment, internet connection, and software were configured and tested.

The speaker content routing scheme was planned, and audio routing was developed.

Cameras were installed, and the Sennheiser and Sanken microphone systems were connected and tested.
