Case: Interactive Installation: Multimedia Presentation Program “Activities of Partisan Units in the Abinsk District during the Great Patriotic War”

Task:
Create an interactive installation in one of the halls of the Abinsk District Museum, consisting of a touch-sensitive table integrated into the museum’s exhibition design. Develop a multimedia presentation program on the topic “Activities of Partisan Units in the Abinsk District during the Great Patriotic War,” implemented as a client-server application designed for display on a multimedia screen (touch table) in landscape orientation with a resolution of at least 1920×1080 pixels.

Solution:

  • Development and creation of the multimedia presentation script for the installation:

  4. Collection, analysis, and processing of information related to the activities of partisan units in the Abinsk District during the Great Patriotic War

  5. Writing texts for the presentation

  • Selection and procurement of equipment and technical means in accordance with the approved design project of the installation;

  • Preliminary content testing;

  • Fabrication of decorations for integrating the touch table into the exhibition layout;

  • Delivery and installation of the hardware-software complex and decorations at the technical site within the Municipal Budgetary Institution of the Abinsk District “Abinsk District Museum”;

  • Testing and commissioning of the installation for museum operation.
