Case: Production of a Package of Multimedia Activities for the Novosibirsk Region Exhibition Stand at the World Youth Festival

Objective:

Develop a package of activities for the Novosibirsk Region exhibition stand at the World Youth Festival.

In addition to their entertainment function, the activities should serve practical purposes, including recruitment, career guidance, showcasing the region’s active lifestyle, and more. The activities must be organized according to the existing layout plan of the stand provided by the developer.

Prepare video content for display on the multimedia screens of the stand.
Solution:

Based on the technical brief provided by the client, the following activities were developed:

“Interactive Newspapers” using touch screens, presenting information about famous people from the Novosibirsk Region, including scientists, athletes, politicians, and more, in the style of Soviet-era newspapers.

For the “EDUCATION” zone, a multimedia presentation was created with information about all educational institutions in the Novosibirsk Region. Video content about the institutions was integrated into the presentation.

For the “SPORT” zone, an original activity was developed using a mobile code scanner.

For the “CAREER” zone, an interactive quest was produced, allowing participants to receive a unique photo representing a particular profession upon completion.

For the “SKIF” zone, a multimedia presentation was created using Unreal Engine, allowing visitors to explore all areas of this unique installation and access a wealth of interesting information.

Final integration, testing, and equipment setup were completed during the construction of the Novosibirsk Region exhibition stand. All activities were highly appreciated by festival participants. More than six hundred people completed the quest over three days.
