Solution:

As the voice-over artist meeting all the specified requirements, we invited Julia Bochanova from Saint Petersburg, with whom we have had a long and productive collaboration.

A musical background was selected and purchased from the extensive Pond5 library.

The voice was processed, and the phrases were synchronized with the video sequence provided by the client.

Final mixing of the voice with the music and video sequence was completed. The finished mixed video was delivered to the client for placement on the website and other media platforms, in accordance with the marketing strategy for promoting the new service.
