Case: Production of a commercial video for the business-class residential complex “Ekaterininsky Park.”
Client: EkaterinodarInvest-Stroy Company.
Objective:
To present the new business-class residential complex in the Festival District of Krasnodar to potential buyers. Produce a scripted, cinematic video featuring actors in a pre-New Year setting, following the scenario provided by the company as part of the promotional strategy for the complex.
Solution:

Preparatory phase – development of the concept, creation of the shot plan, location scouting, casting, procurement of props, selection of costumes and equipment, organization of transport for crew and equipment, and catering on set.

Set dressing and decoration work carried out to reconstruct the location according to the shot plan and preparation of the graphic elements of the video.

One shooting session completed on the set with actors, makeup artist, and costume designer. Filming was done using a RED Epic cinema camera with LOMO PL optics. Camera movement was executed on a slider supporting the heavy camera. Cinematic lighting and an expanded crew were employed.

Final editing, color grading, sound design, and integration of the graphic elements were completed in 4K resolution.
