Case: Production of a 5-Episode Reality Show About Life in an Apartment From the Construction Company “DOGMA” — With and Without Renovation
Client: DOGMA Group of Companies.

Objective:
To develop and produce a multi-episode reality show in the style of popular TV programs, featuring well-known bloggers Marina Manyanova and Edgar Gayfadzhyan. The goal is to show the developer’s renovation process in detail and create a light, humorous, emotional video. Director: Dmitry.

Synopsis:
Real estate expert, investor, and founder of the “School of Realtors” Marina Manyanova, together with Krasnodar blogger and reviewer Edgar Gayfadzhyan, flip a coin. One of them gets a fully furnished and finished apartment in a new residential complex, while the other receives bare concrete walls. The bloggers must complete five challenges — one in each episode of the reality show. Some tasks will be quite extreme for one participant, while the other will enjoy a luxurious day in a fully renovated apartment. How will Marina and Edgar handle their challenges?

Solution:

  • Preparation of the script, props, and costumes for the hosts.

  • Three days of multi-camera filming in apartments of the “Samolet” residential complex by DOGMA.

  • Editing, color grading, production and integration of CGI elements, and sound design.

  • Distribution of the reality show on DOGMA’s official VK and YouTube channels.
