Case: Online Broadcast of the International Scientific and Practical Forum “CARDIO FAMILY 2.0” – Application of Modern Tools in the Diagnostics of Athletes and Physically Active Individuals.

Objective:
Provide a live single-camera broadcast of the “CARDIO FAMILY 2.0” scientific and practical forum on the MTS LINK platform for specialists from other regions of Russia and abroad.
Ensure two-way communication, allowing participants to ask questions to the experts in the hall.
Simultaneously display the speaker’s content on the large screen in the hall and stream multi-format content online, including a speaker window.
Solution:
Conducted an inspection of the large hall at the Hilton Hotel and determined the optimal camera position.
Set up and tested the broadcast equipment, internet channels, and software.
Implemented two-way communication and speaker content broadcasting.
Developed a scheme for displaying the speaker’s content from multiple sources and designed the audio routing.
Installed the camera, connected and tested the microphone system, and set up additional equipment for uninterrupted six-hour video recording in Full HD.
Executed the live broadcast of the international scientific and practical forum “CARDIO FAMILY 2.0,” performed editing and sound design, and ensured that questions received via MTS LINK were answered by the speakers. The six-hour video conference was delivered to the client.
