Task:

Provide a live single-camera Zoom broadcast of the veterinary conference for viewing by specialists in other regions of Russia and abroad.

Ensure two-way communication, allowing Zoom viewers to ask questions to both the audience and the specialists present in the hall.

Enable simultaneous display of the speaker’s content on a large screen in the hall and broadcast multi-format content online with the speaker’s window.

Record six hours of the broadcast and deliver it to the client in 1080p format.

The hall was inspected and the most advantageous camera positions were determined.

Streaming equipment, the internet connection, and software were set up and tested.

Two-way communication and simultaneous broadcasting of the speakers’ content to two channels were ensured.

The speaker content routing from different sources was planned, and audio routing was configured.

Camera installation, microphone system setup and testing, and additional equipment for uninterrupted six-hour Full HD video recording were completed.

The conference was broadcast live online, and questions received via Zoom were answered by the speakers. Six hours of conference footage were delivered to the client.
